For example, if we’re doing arm curls, he says squeeze the biceps as I pull up the dumbbell.

If I’m doing squats with a cowbell, he says squeeze the glutes for maximum toning and tightening of the booty.

In bed, he says squeeze the hoochie muscles to grip the d*ck.

 

2. The bedroom becomes a workout.

When you’re naked, your trainer gets to see the fruits of their labor.

They see how the workouts are defining your muscles, rounding and building the booty, toning the legs, and carving definition.
